Shane Osborn

Born and bred in Perth, Australia, Shane has worked in Europe for the past decade, at highly acclaimed restaurants in Sweden, Courchevel and London. With a strong locavore vision, he started a rooftop garden at award-winning London restaurant Pied à Terre to supply the kitchen with fresh produce, and encouraged numerous local chefs to do the same. After leaving the UK in late 2011, Shane and his family travelled the globe in search of new adventures, and landed in Hong Kong, joining Alan Yau’s Hong Kong restaurant St Betty as head chef in 2012, where he worked until mid-2014. 

In autumn 2014, Shane opened his own restaurant, Arcane, in Central.
