Mon to Sun, 6:30 am - 12:00 am
The café on the mezzanine floor of the InterContinental Grand Stanford offers a wide array of dining offerings, ranging from charcuterie, salad, Asian noodle dishes, seafood and cheese to South East Asian specialties such as curry fish and biryani. The yabbies, smoked salmon, prawns and king crab legs at the raw bar should surely satisfy the palate of seafood lovers while the freshly shucked Australian oysters, roasted suckling pig and murg malai (Indian marinated chicken) are our favourites. The ambience is cosy and ideal for casual gatherings with friends and family. Besides lunch and dinner buffet, there is also an all-day a la carte menu that impresses with more substantial Western and Asian dishes, featuring pizzas, sandwiches, desserts, plus a limited selection of wine, whiskey and loose-leaf tea. The Indonesian-style fried rice with chicken leg is particularly well-executed and pairs well with the satay sauce and pickles. The service is fair given that it is fully packed with families and tourists.
