This all-day dining buffet runs the gamut from international favourites to Hong Kong-styled barbecued meats and dimsum to live stations with ramen, sushi, fresh Irish oysters. A comprehensive South East Asian section features rendang and sambal stingray while a Chinese corner serves up stirfry and claypot rice. The dessert selection is extensive, but the cheese selection lacks lustre. This bustling space is popular with families and busy at all hours. The children also get to choose from fries and deep-fried chicken drumsticks. There are simple staples from salads to burgers cooked well done and noodles on the a la carte menu if you feel overwhelmed by the varied and bountiful buffet spread. Service is mechanical, with a lack of product knowledge (we were told the Irish oysters are from France) and personal touch. Wine by the glass from Portugal, Argentina and Australia are served here.
