The Conrad’s light-filled Garden Café is a favourite for Admiralty’s business lunchers and families, and for good reason. An a la carte menu boasts plenty of pan-Asian favourites, such as the Hainan chicken rice (you can opt for white or dark meat) and char kway teow that comes with plenty of wok-fire flavours. Being a hotel café, there is something for everyone, so pizzas and pastas co-exist with Indian vegetable curry and fish and chips. The buffet spread is also impressive, featuring plenty of fresh seafood and virtuous salads. Service is friendly and welcoming, as expected for the Conrad brand.
