As we reported back in January, Daniel Humm of New York City’s award-winning Eleven Madison Park restaurant will be taking up residency at the Mandarin Oriental in Central this March. The pop-up is to celebrate the hotel’s 50th anniversary, and Humm will be cooking seven-course lunches between March 15 and 17, and nine-course dinners between March 13 and 16. Both menus will incorporate Eleven Madison Park’s signature dishes, such as foie gras terrine with green asparagus, miner’s lettuce and black truffles, and the grapefruit soda pop.

Bookings are now being taken for the lunches and dinners, which are priced at HK$3,688 and HK$5,288 per person with wine pairings respectively. Every dinner guest will also receive a signed copy of the Eleven Madison Park cookbook. A seven-course lunch without wine pairing is also available for HK$2,888 per person.
