Celebrated for its versatility, be it served on its own or pairing with other cuisines, champagne has been the idea beverage for food pairing. Such is the case with esteemed French champagne house Laurent-Perrier, whose rich heritage shapes some of the industry’s best bubbly.

With two centuries of wine production, Laurent-Perrier continues to create deluxe champagne and is celebrated as one of the most prolific independent houses in the trade. Its selection of champagne remains true in retaining freshness, elegance, and finesse in each wine.

Throughout the month of April, guests at The Continental can indulge in half a dozen fresh oysters with two glasses of Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut champagne during weekday happy hour from 4:30pm to 7:30pm. Alternatively the popular restaurant at Pacific Place also offers the same promotion during weekend brunch, from 11:00am to 2:30pm. Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut, whose blend of vintages and six years aging yield a crystal clear and crisp champagne, bears the sweet aromas of citrus and honeysuckle together with a strong mineral aftertaste that pairs well with fresh oysters.

The oyster and Laurent-Perrier champagne promotion is priced at HK$480 and is available from April 1 to 30.
