Kobe Beef at Inagiku
Last week, we reported on genuine Kobe beef making its debut in in a single restaurant in Hong Kong, and now the rare delicacy has been made available at even more dining tables. The knowledgeable Japanese chefs at the two Inagiku restaurants in Central and Tsim Sha Tsui have designed nine delectable dishes to showcase the marbled, fatty texture of the beef and to enhance the meat’s “melt-in-the-mouth” qualities. Diners can enjoy their beef prepared in various ways, ranging from teppanyaki, sashimi, sukiyaki to shabu shabu at the branch in The Royal Garden; while the branch in Four Seasons will serve gourmet beef sukiyaki roll, grilled Kobe beef in small hot pot and more. The Kobe beef dishes are priced between HK$300 to HK$1,980.
