Nobu at the InterContinental Hong Kong is partnering up with Cloudy Bay Vineyards to present a wine dinner on June 21. Showcasing Nobu’s nouveau style Japanese cuisine and the full range of Cloudy Bay wines, the eight-course menu put together by chef Erik Idos features some of restaurant’s signature dishes.

The set menu, priced at HK$1,288 per person, will include Cloudy Bay’s sparkling wine, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, pinot noir and riesling. In attendance to introduce each wine pairing will be Arnaud Mirey, wine ambassador from Moet Hennessy Diageo.

The dinner will be made up of some of chef Erik Idos’ specialties, including king crab tempurea with ponzu and steamed seabass with yuzu olive oil. Other dishes include:

-       Amaebi and shimaebi sashimi with yuzu honey
-       Pork kakuni with sweet soy
-       Sushi assortment and clear soup
-       A “shanpan evolution” dessert
