In addition to Gin Sai and Wagyu Takumi, Rozan completes the latest trio of Japanese restaurants to open in Wan Chai in February. Launching on February 6, Rozan is an intimate 12-seater sushi bar headed by Hokkaido-born chef Masa, who has been a chef for 25 years. He is formerly of the award-winning Sushi Ichi in Singapore and Satori in Tokyo, and he brings with him haute cuisine sensibilities. The menu is changed daily to reflect the season’s best produce.
