Truffle Tasting at Tosca
To celebrate the season, chef Vittorio Lucariello has designed a special degustation menu featuring summer black truffles. Grown in the Northern Italy, this summer variety of the precious fungi is subtle in taste, and releases a distinctive sweet and rich woodsy aroma.
Every dish from the five-course degustation menu features truffles, and is personally designed by chef Lucariello and include: a crustacean platter; homemade spaghetti with sea urchin, burrata cheese; and stone-baked spring chicken with Colonnata lard and green peas.
The summer black truffle degustation dinner menu is priced at HK$1,500 per person and is available from 6pm to 10:30pm Mondays through Sundays from now until the end of the month. Some of the summer black truffle specialities are also available on the a la carte lunch menu.
