Famed for its house-aged beef, Blue is presenting an all-new “Slow Cooked Fridays” promotion where the kitchen team will source and prepare a unique meat cut and slow roast it over a Texas-style grill every Friday. Guest can also indulge in new menu items, especially steaks sourced from around the world, including Australian wagyu, Irish grass-fed ‘John Stone’ cattle and signature Rubia Gallega Ox, as well as fresh courses such as pan-roasted barramundi with tiger prawns, roasted Canadian pork chop and sustainable tuna tartare.
The restaurant is also launching “Vintages & Vocals” on Tuesdays where guests can enjoy both live music and 50% off bottled wines during dinner service.
