Limewood has launched an exciting new summer menu inspired by flavours from South East Asia, Hawaii, South America and the Caribbean. This refreshing menu embraces the hot season by combining seasonal ingredients, in fresh starters such as the soft shell crab salad and Pacific lobster salad. Other notable plates include fried fish tacos with chipotle mayo, braised purple cabbage and white onion, chicken wings with lemongrass and black garlic charcoal aioli, smashed potato with cumin and dried mango and smoky coleslaw in a paprika yoghurt sauce, as well as meaty mains with the likes of barbecued New Zealand lamb rack and whole roasted free-range jerked chicken.
