Set within the exclusive Greater China Club, Italian restaurant and wine bar Cadenza is presenting a new set of Italian menu dishes, created by newly appointed executive chef Wai-chung Kwan who previously trained under renowned French chef Gerald Passedat at Le Petit Nice Passedat and Le Mole Passedat - Mucem in Marseille. Chef Kwan is launching a new a la carte menu featuring new classics such as USA prime beef carpaccio with mushrooms, shallot and parsley coulis, Maine lobster bisque with sweet corn and lobster ragout, and pan-seared Hokkaido scallops wrapped with julienned Spanish ham.
