Celebrated for preserving Bali’s rich culinary traditions, Kaum at Potato Head is presenting a one-night event with Antoine Audran, the establishment’s culinary director, in an exploration of the region’s vibrant flavours. Chef Audran has designed a special six-course dinner menu featuring dishes from the island’s north coast, with signatures such as sate ikan pantai jemeluk (grilled fish satay marinated in coconut milk, fresh turmeric, and mixed spices) and babi guling singaraja (roasted baby pig served with stewed cassava leaves and torched ginger relish). The menu is priced at HK$488 per person, with an additional cocktail pairing package available at HK$380 per person.
