Oyster & Wine Bar’s Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs Champagne Sunday Brunch

How is summer not the perfect season for brunch, where sunny afternoons are best spent sipping champagne with good food and a great harbour view? Oyster & Wine Bar of Sheraton is launching an all-new champagne brunch featuring free-flowing Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs champagne. Guests can start with an unlimited supply of freshly shucked seasonal oysters, followed by cold seafood, appetisers such as assorted sashimi, composed salads and signatures such as USDA prime rib, classic Bouillabaisse, home-cured beetroot gravlax, as well as tailor-made mains such as lobster thermidor and US beef tenderloin, with desserts in the likes of mille-feuille and miniature hot soufflés.

The free-flow Perrier-Jouët champagne brunch is available on Sundays between 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Brunch featuring free flow of Perrier-Jouët champagnes is priced ranging from HK$998 to HK$1,498 per person. For more information please click here
