Renowned locally for serving the best prime steaks, the Kitchen excels in other areas too; two loaves of freshly baked bread are served piping hot from the oven; one loaf is a country style whilst the other a soft brioche infused with chocolate and mint, delicious! Small touches such as butter infused with mango reflect a desire to create an experience from the kitchen. Meat may be the restaurant’s signature yet the sushi chef must be recognised for serving some of the freshest sushi and sashimi in Macau, elegantly sliced and beautifully presented; either selected individually or from the menu’s deluxe assorted Sashimi recommendation it is a must have option for any meal at The Kitchen. A wide variety of meat dishes will dismay the vegetarian and elevate the carnivore to heavenly indulgence with almost twenty varieties of the world’s premium beefs available. A grade 5 Tomohawk steak weighing a daunting 870gm is The Kitchen’s signature; a request to be served rare was magnificently achieved by a chef who knew precisely how long to leave my cow’s rib in the inferno of flames; presented to the table causes a salivating experience; sliced perfectly by the chef the meat simply melts in your mouth; it is beef perfection; an accompaniment of pepper sauce is forgotten as the flavour of the meat is all you need to savour. Desserts are not forgotten with over a dozen varieties of unique creations to choose from; a coffee jelly with caramel mousse and vanilla ice cream was a delicious end to a meal that delivers an epicurean odyssey of flavour.
