Alsatian Wine Dinner at Nobu
Nobu is hosting a French wine dinner on April 23 to showcase Japanese delights and wines from Alsace at the InterContinental in Tsim Sha Tsui. Nobu's executive chef Erik Idos has designed a delectable seven-course menu to match with some exquisite Alsatian wines from Trimbach Estate. The wine dinner night will begin with a glass of Muscat Reserve AOC 2009, and continue with seven other exquisite dishes and paired wines including:
- black cod saikyo yaki with a Pinot Gris Réserve AOC 2007
- king crab tempura with a Riesling Clos Ste. Hune AOC 2005
- vanilla tamago cream with a Gewürztraminar Vendanges Tardives 2003
The wine dinner is priced at HK$1,388 per person.
