Lovers of bubbly should mark down March 16 on their calendars as that is the evening that The Repulse Bay will be partnering up with Kee Club to present its Sunset Champagne Rally. Held at The Marquee, the alfresco event will include a tasting of premium champagnes and sparkling wines from some of Hong Kong's best wine merchants including ASC and Ponti. To go with the drinks, there will be a spread offering freshly shucked oysters, tartar, tandoori, Australian beef, foie gras and cheese. Entrance fee is priced at HK$688 per person and includes a complimentary wine glass gift set if reservations are made in advance. The event runs from 7pm to 10pm.
